These groups are held semi-regularly on the evenings of Full and New Moons as they happen. They are part sharing circle, part ritual and part networking. Rooted in Kate’s work as a witch within the community, the intention is to bring women together as our ancestors would have done and tap into the ebb and flow of the moons cycles within our own lives. The stories of the astrology at the time are loosely woven through as reflective prompts. At Full Moons we centre on what we are letting go of, at New Moons the focus is on what we are calling into to fill those spaces. The women gather around the fire and share what they are releasing/calling in and support each other in doing so. When we pay attention to the outcomes of this throughout the course of the year, it becomes visible to see how it pours into our lives. Having a ‘coven’ of women to meet with and discuss this, builds a reflective mindset, empowerment and community.
